We stand behind the quality of our Precision Maintenance products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted for items that are unused and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been used or damaged through normal wear.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out right away with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Once your return is approved and received, we’ll issue a refund or replacement depending on your preference.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
